Support ticket emails, have NO LINK to actual ticket

When I get emails from Meta Quest Support ticket - There is no link to the actual ticket - So I do not know what thread in the forum i relates to. (Mail from support@notification.metamail.com / Meta Quest Support)

1. Have a look at the screen shot.

2. You also have to fix labels.

(Basically get rid of it, what is it needed for, when you have associated products?)

So in the subject line, there is a case number that is linked to a support ticket, not a thread from our forums. We would suggest going back through your emails to check and see if you missed any. I still need to know what the content of the ticket is - Because I have more than one ticket open (3-4 tickets maybe) - When I get an email from the forum, like this message - Then there is a link - Look at the screenshot for this ticket/forum response..
