Suspended Account for More Than 50 Days

Dear Sir or Madam,
 
      I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere regret and to appeal for the reinstatement of both my Instagram and Facebook accounts, which have been suspended for almost two months. Moreover, I submitted an appeal on 9th September 2024 and I have no idea how long it normally takes.
 
      I would like to explain the circumstances that led to this. I sent a video to a close friend via private message, and I now understand that it may have been flagged due to its content, which could be interpreted as inappropriate. However, I want to assure you that this was not my intention. The video was meant to be humorous and was shared privately, not publicly. I deeply regret any misunderstanding or violation of your community guidelines.
 
      This is the first time I have experienced a suspension, and I genuinely appreciate the platform and community you’ve built. For the past 13 years, my accounts have been a place where I’ve shared legal, lighthearted content—especially funny animal videos—and they hold many precious memories for me. It would be devastating to lose access to them permanently.
 
      I fully acknowledge your guidelines and promise to be more mindful in the future. If my accounts are reinstated, I will strictly adhere to your community standards moving forward.
 
      Please let me know if any further information or documentation is needed to review my case. I am hopeful for a positive resolution and sincerely look forward to your response.

Thank you for contacting Meta Support, we wouldn't deal with Instagram and account based queries we would solely deal with Meta Horizon account queries and Meta Quest devices. 

 

If you would like to follow up on your previous requests you would need to go via the Instagram and Facebook account centers.

We hope you are able to recover your accounts and get this sorted.
