Suspended account - Urgent Appeal – (Was Hacked) :(

Dear Meta Support Team,

I am writing with deep distress to urgently request your help. My Facebook account was permanently suspended, and I believe this was the result of malicious actions by someone who stole my account.

On the day of the incident, I was using Facebook normally when I suddenly received an overwhelming amount of spam. Moments later, I was logged out and could no longer access my account, even after resetting my password. This account is over 20 years old and is absolutely critical to my life:

• I am a person with disabilities (I rely on a ventilator to breathe) and Facebook is my primary connection to family, friends, and support networks.

• I depend on it for professional communication, as I work remotely due to my physical limitations.

• I’ve lost access to decades of memories, health support groups, and essential contacts—I feel utterly devastated.

I kindly plead with you to review my case :

1. Please check for suspicious IPs/logins around the time of the hack.

2. Verify whether the suspension was automated due to the hacker’s activity.

I am a long-term, legitimate user and would never violate Meta’s policies. Any guidance or direct assistance would mean the world to me.

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
