Suspended account instagram

Hey guys, I’m really freaking out. I got an email at 2am saying my account was suspended & now whenever I try to appeal it, it first sent an email with the code which I was able to provide & then it asked for my number & I never got the message. Now it doesn’t let me ask for a new code. I just want my account back. Instagrams help center online wasn't able to answer any of my questions. Can someone please help me? It’s been so exhausting. I just want my account back. Please.
