Hi there,
I recieved a notice to verify my age on my oculus and I had until April. Well, I honestly couldn't figure out how to verify it and time got away from me. I had to create a new account just to be able to get to the help center because Im totaly locked out even with the codes that are sent to me to sign in. I'm pretty sure, I set up my parental account wrong and therefore went against community standards. Please help. My son is devastated. He's 12 and got this as a gift.
