We've created an Instagram account for a competition activity. As it is at the beginning stage of the competition, the account is set to private, and we uploaded some testing videos to check the look-and-feel. However, the Instagram account was later suspended, and Instagram requested us to upload a selfie photo / video.
Because the account is actually not for personal use. It is for a competition held by a public organization. Is there any way to submit other proofs than uploading a selfie?

Hi,
we’re sorry to hear you are having issues with your Instagram account, however as community managers we aren’t able to assist you with this directly. We can help with Quest related issues but unfortunately we lack the ability to assist with Instagram account issues. For disabled or banned accounts the best place to get help is here: https://help.instagram.com/366993040048856/?helpref=search&query=disabled%20account&search_session_i...
We will be closing this thread now since there’s nothing else we can do to help.
Thanks,
