I have an oculus quest and have multiple accounts. On the admin/owner account we have some games but on that account we forgot the PIN. We then made another account to buy other games on. Now I have made an account for myself hoping to have all the games. But the app sharing only works for the admin account. I was wondering if there was a way to make 2 admin accounts or transfer the ownership between the two.
Hi Carl! Based on what we've read, it seems that you are having trouble on switching the admin account, and recovering your PIN.
Let's work on recovering these issues, and getting you back into your VR journey.
The only way to change the Primary account on a Quest headset is toFactory Reset the headset. Keep in mind, this wipes everything off your device and returns it to the software state that it was in when you first took it out of the box.
To reset your PIN, you can request an email with a link to reset it from the Oculus website. To do this, please follow the steps below:
Click security in the left menu. (If you don't see security, click devices, then click security.)
Next to PIN, click Edit.
Below Save, click Forgot Pin.
Click Request PIN Reset.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your PIN.
Note: It may take some time for the email to arrive. If you don't see it in your inbox after a few minutes, check your spam folders for an email from no-reply@mail.oculus.com. You can also request another email by repeating the steps above.

Hey The_Tiny_Dragon, if you've already done the factory reset you'll want to make sure the first account you sign into is the one you want to make admin. Just follow the prompts and you should be all set by the end. Hope this helps!

Hey @Shrekibeast1, yeah he should be able to add the old account as a secondary to the headset. Admin is more of an instance thing. Once it's not an admin on a headset, it's just a standard account.
