Synced videos just have wifi symbol with exclamation mark

I cant view synced videos on the oculus app, i synced them to my phone and they show there but i cant actually watch them theres just this wifi symbol with a “!” I have a stable internet connection so i dont know why i cant watch them

To report a bug from your headset:

  1. Press on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
  2. Hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel.
  3. Select Report a Problem.
  4. Follow the instructions to submit your bug report.

To report a bug from the Meta Quest mobile app:

  1. Shake your phone until the Report a Problem screen appears.
  2. Tap Something Isn't Working.
  3. Follow the instructions to submit your bug report.

When I sync the video to my phone it has a Wi-Fi symbol and an exclamation mark, please help me this has been happening ever since.

Also had the same problem but like, i have older photos in my oculus and it says is synced, but for some reason it doesn't show on my phone, but newer photos does show up.

I have no idea how to do that.

If you've tried out the steps in the accepted solution, the best option I could provide from here would be to try and PM the support team @MetaQuestSupport for them to check things out.

I think I’ve found a solution. Seemed to work with my 11-minute video. On the oculus app, go to the video you want to open/download. At the top right, click the pencil. Just hit save, let it load for about 30 seconds and restart the app, worked for me.

I have been having the same problem only for videos above 3 minutes and I need to get my content on my phone and to the public
