I cant view synced videos on the oculus app, i synced them to my phone and they show there but i cant actually watch them theres just this wifi symbol with a “!” I have a stable internet connection so i dont know why i cant watch them

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times I've tried the sinking thing I made sure that my Oculus was connected to my phone and it just says media it doesn't even show me like synced files. I need help too

Hey there! We know how this can be quite troublesome, and we want to do everything we can to help you get to the bottom of this. If you could, please go ahead and clear the cache on your phone, and also delete the Oculus app and then redownload it. As for your headset, you are going to want to do a factory reset, which we will link the steps to here. Hi, I can't view any of my synced videos that are around 20 mins. It just gives this icon and won't let me do anything with it.
I've tried all your suggestions to other people, resetting, clearing cache and factoring resseting, logging in and out and reinstalling so please can you actually give us a solution?

I have this same problem when I am on my oculas app and I want to record somthing and when it is done there is no medea in the section where it should be for my quest 2

We would also recommend un-syncing and re-syncing your media. Steps for doing so will be listed below:
From the Files app, you can sync any media you've captured in VR to your Oculus mobile app.
To turn automatic media sync on or off:
To manually sync or unsync individual files:

This is quite clearly a broken feature. The files app fails to sync shots taken with the controllers but will sync shots that are taken manually. Any attempt to force a sync from the files app fails with no error. Toggling the cloud button doesn't do anything.
This should be on the bug list.

This is happening as well with me I made a cute video and it's not letting me look at it why it lets me look at my other videos but not anymore
