I keep getting the message
System Utilities Keeps Stopping. Then the head set automatically restarts...This keeps happening over and over. I can't do a factory reset for some reason when I go into the app, and go into devices, headset settings is the only thing I can't get into.

To start, since the factory reset is not able to go through on your Meta Quest mobile app, we highly suggest attempting to complete it from the headset boot menu instead. Before trying out the steps to complete that, please make sure your headset is fully charged (green LED status light)! Aside from that, here are the steps to perform a factory reset from your headset:

Salve anche noi abbiamo da oggi questo problema oculos continua a riavviarsi dicendo system utilities non risponde ...ma si deve per forza solamente fare reset di fabbrica?

Thank you so much! This worked perfectly and we're back up and running again. Also, if anyone is concerned about losing anything, after the initial set up everything, downloaded back in on its own.

I'm getting this same problem on my Quest 2
If I do a reset, will I lose my progress? I saw you can do cloud backup, but can I do this when my headset is not getting past this message?

Have no worries, @Kaikooni! This feature is active by default unless turned off within the device settings. To check when your last backup was completed, please visit here! While some game progress can be saved, this is up to the game developers, so it does vary. Of course, if you have any further questions or concerns, do let us know!

so all your saved data came back even though the factory reset said you would lose everything?
