Basically every time i open quick settings it closes instantly and either puts me back to my universal menu or says systemux keeps stopping and tells me to close the app, im up to date and have plenty of storage so i dont know what the issue is, i need to find a way to not factory reset because ive spent money on games like beat saber and gtag and dont want to lose progress, is there at least a way to backup app data please tell me if so
Hello I’m sorry I missed your reply yesterday but it’s as if it’s a miracle from God that my quick menu suddenly started working this morning no factory reset all I did was simply log in I’m not sure if anyone on y’all’s end did anything to fix this kind of issue but thank you if you did
Hey there, @darktetra836! We definitely want for you to be able to enjoy your time in VR, and that is hard if your system keeps crashing! A factory reset would be the best step to take to try to get everything functioning smoothly again. You can back up your existing app data to the cloud before doing that by following the instructions here.
