SystemUtilities stopped working

I was playing gorilla tag when my headset randomly showed the meta logo and said shellenv keeps stopping and reset and after that it started saying TV storage keeps stopping  and SystemUtilities keeps stopping and it just says that every time i try to turn it on

 i turned it off and back on but it doesnt fix the issue
