Take a Screenshot on Meta Quest 3

I'm wondering how to take a screenshot on a Quest-for-Business-connected Meta Quest 3 headset outside of Quest Link.

Two suggestions I came across were:
1. Press the Oculus button on the right controller to open the menu, then press "Share" (arrow icon).
-> My controller only has a Meta button which when pressed opens a menu which lacks a "Share" button, namely this menu bar: 

2. Hold the right controller's Meta button and at the same time pull the trigger.
-> The Meta logo pops up with the circle filling around it which disappears when I pull any trigger. However nothing else happens.

Is there any other way?
Might this have to do with settings in Quest for Business? I haven't found any regarding screenshots.
