Targeted harassment of user by world creator

The creator of element battling sandbox, emorgul, has created a room specifically for one user that they spawn into and can't get out of, effectively temporarily banning him but threatening to make it a permanent ban.  I believe this to be harassment pure and simple, with unfounded accusations.

I spoke with multiple community guides who recommended i report the world and this content, but i received no option to add comments or visual evidence whilst doing so.

This is a highlighted/sponsored world, and i do not believe it right or within metas ToS for a world creator to target an individual in this way, only meta themselves can ban users or give out appropriate punishment.

I would like this to be looked into please.

It is the world creator that is targeting a user by way of the world itself, i cannot simply just report the world creator

If the creator of a world is deliberately bullying users within that world, they are also liable to be reported, as they are still users of Horizon Worlds themselves. 

If you feel it is necessary to do so, you may submit a report against the world creator.

I very clearly just stated they were unfounded allegations, your reply is very unhelpful and not conductive to the conversation.

That's easy to claim but hard to prove in a one-sided discussion. I suggest you wait until the suspension is lifted and try to play within whatever rules are imposed by the world owner, or play somewhere else.
