Can anyone tell me how to take complaints higher. I posted on here, got asked to privately message, did that. Got promised everything will be sorted. Got told I am getting my headset fixed now the technical team and Meta support are not replying. I fell like I am being deliberately stalled. Does anyone know how to take things further? @metasupportcase
