My son is logged in to his headset but he cannot log in to the app. Every time he enters to passcode sent to his email address, it loads a new page asking for a code. He enters to same code and a message appears stating that the email address is already confirmed and there is no need to confirm again. However, it doesn't allow him to then log in. The "enter confirmation" code remains on the screen. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. We are trying to set up parental controls which we cannot do without him logging in, as it isn't possible on the headset. As a result we do not want him to use the headset. Please can you advise how we go about getting him logged in on the account.

He logged in to the mobile app to set it up & logged in to the headset at the same time. The headset remains logged in. It is the mobile app that isn't working. It won't let us log in because it asks for 2fa code twice and then doesn't move any further.

Hello again, @Gingerboclo78! Thank you for this additional information. Is your son receiving his 2FA code by email or through an authenticator app? Also, have you tried uninstalling the mobile app and reinstalling it? This may help, as well as trying to login on a different device. This way we can find out if it's the account or the app. We look forward to your reply!
