Terrible RMA

I've been waiting for weeks to get a replacement controller due to bounce on my left Pro controller.  I even purchased warranty plus when I purchased the over $1000 product. They keep telling me they will keep me "updated" but there is not solution in sight. It's sad. I have loved this product but Meta needs to have a better system to help their customers when it fails. If weeks go by without a solution, they should send us a new one. Unacceptable.
