Textures and assets not loading in

i just got a oculus quest two and I’m playing fnaf help wanted . The Textures aren’t loading in and nothing looks polished . I took a look at enard (a anamatronic character with a round face) and he had a diamond face like something out of super Mario 64. Some things just don’t load in at all, such as the background cut outs in foxy pirate boat ride ( dread bear dlc). In order to get alternate paths on the boat ride I need to shoot a cut out of helply(a small bear like character ). He is not loading in to the game and I’m unable to access those alternate paths . I watch things glitch in and out before my eye as I watch assets unload out of nowhere . The game isn’t very fun because of these issues . I can try and provide pictures for what I’m talking about if that helps . I don’t know what to do . Maybe a bad headset or the quest two just isn’t good enough to run the game. Please help

Hey @Wafe01! While the story may be engaging enough, we can understand that a horror game might lose a lot of that horror charm if everything looks like it came from the 90s, so we'd love to help out! To best help out, we just need a bit more info on your experience:

• Have you ever noticed these texture bugs in other titles on your Quest 2?
• Since FNAF: Help Wanted (VR) is a cross-buy game, we're wondering if you were playing through your headset in standalone mode, or if you were playing the PCVR version?
• Are you able to adjust the video/graphics settings through the in-game settings to adjust for a higher texture resolution?
• Does this bug reappear after reinstalling the game?

Screenshots of the low quality textures would help out a lot to get a good idea of what you're looking at!

I’m playing on the stand alone version without a pc.There are no graphical settings within the game . I don’t experience these issues in other games on my headset . the first photo is of ennard. he's supposed to have a round face and not an angular chin. his eyebrows look like rectangles and his eye looks funky. photos 2 and 3 show the texture pixelation and you can barely read what it says on the soda in photo 3.  photo 4 and 5 is of foxies pirate ride. in photo 4 there's supposed to be cut outs of bubbles and seaweed and ghost characters, but all I see is mermaid Chica and one big empty room.in photo 5 there's supposed to be a picture of foxy with a birthday hat on and a bunch of items but all I see is a blank brown wall.

• Restart the Headset
• Log out and back into the mobile app to resync the account library
• Uninstall and re-install the game

the issue seemed to resolve itself and some assets came back. the textures still suck but maybe that's just the limitations of the headset. i still can't find helpy anywhere in the foxy boat ride.
