The application cannot be downloaded on the computer after purchase

I spent a long time searching for the download button for the PC client on the forum. After I finally downloaded it to my computer, I logged into the same account and still couldn't communicate with the content in my request. I purchased some apps in my request, but they cannot be found in the PC resource library and cannot be downloaded.He told me that I haven't purchased anything, and when I search for software that I have already purchased, it shows the value of the purchase, not the words that have already been purchased. I studied the forum and made a fix, but it didn't have any effect. Do I have to spend two dollars to get an app experience?

There are two different game libraries: Rift/PCVR and Quest.

The PC app only shows games in the Rift library.

When using a Quest 3 stand alone, it only shows games from the Quest library.

When using a Quest 3 connected to a PC with Link or Airlink, it only shows games from the Rift library.

 

Some games are cross buy. This means if you buy a Rift game, you get the Quest version too, and vice versa. But its not automatic, you have to go to the store again and the other version will be listed as Free. Buy it (for free) and it will add to the library. Audica and Pistol Whip are like this.

Other games (especially Beat Saber) aren't cross buy. You have to buy them twice (at full price) if you want both the Quest and Rift/PC version.

 

Also, some games have no PC version. There is no way to ever see them in the PC app, that version doesn't exist.

 

When using the mobile app, be careful which store you are in, you can choose either Quest or Rift/PC.

Yikes! This is not the experience you should be having and we know the importance of being able to physically have the games you bought on your headset. We want to get as much information as possible to be able to get you back on track as soon as possible. Please provide us with the following details: 

 

  • What is the app/game called? 
  • Is this the only app/game this is happening to? 
  • What headset version are you in? 
  • Any error code? 

Once we get the following information we can further proceed into working together in getting you back in the VR world.

Hello, I'm glad to receive your reply,and sorry for not being able to in time due to my recent busy life.
I'm not sure if it's my own problem. The purchase application interface displayed on my computer client and class mobile client is different. For example, I bought Beat Saber on my cell phone, but I couldn't find it on the computer client.Is it because it does not provide downloads and therefore does not display it? I'm not sure. For example, the reason I ask a question is because the Virtural Desktop ,The computer cannot be directly downloaded through the client, and searching for the computer store also does not have this application.
Finally, I found the official website of VD and downloaded it, and now it can be used normally. If it doesn't display itself, it's correct. Please forgive me because it's my first time purchasing and using it, and I'm not very familiar with your company's store interface yet.

Thank you for your explanation! 👍I totally understand. Maybe I downloaded the wrong version or category of the computer client, which may also explain why I can never find the computer through wired connection. Next  I will continue to struggle for link!😭
