The email cannot receive the 6-digit code, which is used to log in to the meta account

My device has a PIN, but when I log into my meta account, I don't receive the 6 digit code. I tried changing browsers, but without success. As a result, the meta account cannot be logged in, and the quest2 device cannot be used normally. Is there any solution?

are you referring to the two step verification thing? If so i don't think that i can help you. But if you were talking about the pairing code i think i can help. You can get the pairing code by going into the settings of your headset.

You should be able to find the pairing code in quick settings - settings - system - about. You should be able to find your pairing code there.

If in the case you can't get in the settings and your headsett is a brick, try factory resetting your headsett. Your pairing code should be a part of the set up prosses.

I think so, I can't log into my account because I didn't receive the verification code in my email.
In my quest2, only the setting menu can be entered normally. The quest2 device prompts me to enter the device code in the web page to link the account. But when I log into the meta account, I have to enter the 6 digit code to log in, but now this 6 digit code is not received. Is there a factory reset to fix it?

Hey there, @orange.82833! We couldn't help but notice that you are reaching out because you are experiencing some pairing issues with your Meta Quest 2. We know how important it is to be able to get into the fun world of VR and how having to deal with this can hinder that experience, so we'd love to help you get this issue sorted out as quickly as possible! We have a couple of troubleshooting steps that we believe may be beneficial to you. 

Please try the following:

  • Ensure the phone's Bluetooth is turned on and the headset is turned on.
  • Ensure user and headset are using the admin account, and not an additional account.
  • Clear the Bluetooth cache on the phone.
  • Power cycle the phone and the headset.
    • Power off and then back on again. If unable to power off the headset normally, hold down the power button for 30 seconds.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Oculus application on the phone.
  • Ensure the phone and headset are connected to same wireless network.
    • If using a dual-band router, also make sure they are connected to the same band (2.4 GHz or 5.0 GHz) as well.
  • Try using a different phone.
  • Last Resort - Factory Reset the headset.

I don’t think it’s a pairing problem. At present, I need to use the email address of the administrator account to enter the code displayed on the quest2 device to use the device normally. However, the email address used by the administrator account cannot receive the verification code, so I cannot log in to the administrator. account. You can't enter the code displayed by the device
