well, I've been trying to fix this for quite some time and I have not been able to, so I'm finally asking for help in the oculus forum, I have a rift s for over 3 years, but since about December this year, the vr makes the error described in the title, I have tried everything that comes out on the internet and no solution. the curious thing is that if I connect it to my laptop everything works fine, maybe it's because the oculus program of the laptop has not been updated since 2018, but I do not know the truth, on the laptop I can perfectly connect to a usb 3.0 input, but instead on my desktop if I do not connect to a 3.2 2 2gen 10gbps does not work, which seems very strange, I also have apart from that error that jumps when you want, I have all the time as the audio is broken, any help?

I've done that about 5 times and it doesn't work, but so far I've solved it by connecting a powered hub in the usb type c gen 3.2x2 20gbps slot and it has been fixed, it seems that this failure occurs when there is a problem that the headset does not have enough electricity, because when it happened it disconnected all the connected usb, so the solution is simple, you have to increase the wattage of the pc or buy a powered hub of 10 gbps with 3.2 gen 2 input.

Hey there, @eduliron. We can definitely understand how concerning it would be for the Rift S to work on your laptop but not on your PC, and we'd be glad to help out however we can! Since the headset is working for you on the laptop, the issue is likely stemming from the PC. Ensure that your graphics card drivers are fully up to date, then follow the steps below for a full clean reinstallation of your desktop app.
Let us know how it turns out!
