The microphone does not work on quest 2

After restarting Quest 2, the microphone stopped working offline, I rebooted it, reset the helmet (Via Quest 2 itself and the phone) . Only silence is heard in it, I have an assumption that the drivers on the helmet are not loading.

Hey there dog2802! Thanks for reaching our regarding your microphone issue. What troubleshooting steps have you attempted to resolve the issue? If you have not yet attempted any troubleshooting, we went ahead and provided some for you down below:

Make sure the microphone is clean and not obstructed (the microphone is 2 pinholes located a few inches apart one on either side of the nose)

• Reboot the headset
• Test with multiple games/apps
• Reset Microphone
  • This setting can be found:
    Settings > System > Sound > Toggle Microphone
• Last resort: Factory reset
