I would like to refund the game called Riven!

Recently, I have been very dissatisfied with your service! You took away my ability to use the 25% coupons, and now you won't let me refund the games I purchased? What do you think you're doing? This is the second time this has happened. I already tried to refund the Mudrunner game after playing for 40 minutes, but you didn't allow it. I eventually accepted it and kept the game. But I won't do that this time. This game is a half-finished mess; I could only endure it for half an hour because it's so bad. Now it says I've exceeded the two-hour limit. I'm sure the problem is on your end! I want my money back! I want to refund the game called Riven!

I'm sure this issue is related to the removal of my 25% coupon option. Nothing has been working properly since then. I want my money back!

The issue has been resolved. Ever since I was put in the group that had the 25% friend discount removed, nothing has worked properly. I finally tried the refund from a desktop browser, and interestingly, it worked immediately. However, the mobile app doesn't allow it at all. As I mentioned before, this happened once already, but I didn't know that it could be done from the desktop browser. So, for that game, I've already exceeded the two-week limit and am forced to keep it. I've been told that Meta is making changes to the app, but it's unacceptable that such problems occur because of it.

  • Played the content for less than 2 hours.
