I am a VR player from Japan.
The controller of my Quest 2, which I use regularly, broke, so I requested a replacement and received an approval email on September 18th (Case Number #07339623).
I trusted the statement that "you will receive a shipping notification within 5-7 days," but I have yet to receive any notification of shipment.
I have reported this issue to Meta Store Support, and it is still unresolved (Case Number #07387563).
I have received the same response ten times now: "I haven't heard back from the warehouse staff.”
”I am urging them to fix the problem."
They continue to delay the issue without any intention of resolving it.
Furthermore, they are not reading my emails properly and keep giving unrelated responses to my questions.
I have decided that Meta Store Support is no longer helpful, so I am posting here.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered a new controller over a year ago and I haven’t received the controller nor have I gotten a refund.
