There is a white dot

So when I turned on my oculus this morning everything was fine I opened a game and the hands were unresponsive no matter what game I tried. They were unresponsive. Then when I held down the power button this white dot appeared on my screen and it moves whenever I move my head and I can’t click on anything. What do I do?

@Maackiaa  do you know how to use a forum and it's search function?

Either initiate a pairing with the app or factory reset.

Good luck.

I know just enough about tech to look like I know what I'm doing.

Sounds like the headset isn't finding the controllers and defaulting to the "gaze cursor" mode. Move you head until the cursor (white dot) is on whatever icon/button you want and click the "+" volume button to select/click on.

I have been having the same issue. The controllers work in the home screen but as soon as I enter a game I can’t use them at all. They aren’t working in any game. I have put through 2 support tickets but nothing.
