This account isnt eligible for this feature in Roblox VR even though my account is age verified

I have been trying different ways to log in but it doesn't work well, So I want to know why it's not working when my Roblox account itself is age-verified. Also, around 3 months ago I was playing Roblox VR with the very same age-verified account but now I can't even log in back to it.

Is your Roblox or meta account set to 12 years of age or below?

Need to experience the issue to troubleshoot it. Could try making a new account to see if its roblox having the issue or your meta account.

Both are above 13 years of age so I still have no clue why it's not letting me in.

There is a way where people use VR desktop but the problem is that you will need an Oculus link cable(which I don't have)  to connect through your PC or Laptop.  But for now, I'm just waiting for anyone in the Roblox community who could help resolve this issue on the quest.

i had this. I uninstalled the app from the quest and re installed it and it logged in straight away.
