This may work if your Quest Pro controllers wont update

So i had this problem where they wouldnt update and now they've done and can use, all i did was turn on PTC (Public Test Channel) and it updated.

How did you do it? because I really want mines to update too so I would appreciate for help

1st you need to turn on the headset and controllers 2nd pair your headset to meta horizon. 3rd you want to go to menu then deviecs. 4th go into the headset your using 5th go headset settings then advanced. There should be public test channel. Hope this helped

Is it normal that the public test channel is full?

It didnt do it to me so keep trying every now and then it should work
