I started the return process about 8 days ago ok I've only had my oculus about 2 months now but I've only been able to play about 4hrs due to work oh and it tearing up showing me the lil green android guy and not coming on. Anyways the replacement was supposed to.be here today so here I'm walking the floors waiting on FedEx well they show up and I got the box walk in the house opened it to find an empty box.. that's rt they paid to ship me an empty box. I contactt customer support only to be told they had to pass the case to there specialists team and I should receive an email 3 to 5 business days omg. How crazy is this I hope they make it tt I've spent a lot of money with meta on games and accessories u know I hope they make it tt
