I purchased the Quest 3 headset and all of the accessories. Cost came to about $1000 U.S. Two days after using them, the right lens became blurry in the center. After close examination, I discovered a hair sized scratch. Why are the lenses made so cheap? Does having the pancake lenses make them more prone to scratching, as they are more exposed to the outside of the headset? I never experienced scratches on the Quest 2. Other than this lens issue, I was really satisfied with the performance, feel and immersion of the headset. Because of this issue, I returned the headset and all of the accessories.
Let me know what your thoughts are on the lenses scratching so easily and what precautions everyone takes to avoid damage!

Hey there, @MUDUR3! We'd be happy to help you with your lenses so you can have the most enjoyable VR experience! While we don't carry replacement lenses on their own, there are options for your VR headset itself. So we can best assist, please tell me a bit more about what you mean by your lenses being drawn. We look forward to hearing back from you!
