Hi, struggling with parental supervision as the time spent in VR is way off the actual time being used. As in, it says 6 mins when it’s been hours in reality… any ideas?

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app. We also recommended for you to restart your headset. You can do this by pressing the power for 30 seconds. Please reach out if the issue persists.

Hi i am also facing the similar issue.
Time in VR always shows 0m in parental supervision parent dash board thoughy teen account is spending time in VR. Please fix the issue ASAP otherwise this parental supervision feature will just be an hoax.

Still having the same problem. Have deleted app, reinstalled, restarted headset, etc. Time in VR under parental supervision is still showing 0 minutes despite them easily clocking up hours… very disappointing as a parent.
