I've set a daily one hour and 15 minute time limit on the child account for my kids. Three days ago I got a notice that one of them had used up the time for the day, so I know it was working then, but today one of my kids was playing at 10:15 and was still using the headset actively at 11:40. He said the pop-up had appeared telling him he only had a minute left, but then it never actually shut off on him.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to correct it?
