Is there anything more complicated than meta? That's not my question because we all know the answer is no. Today I had an issue with my ad which was pretty difficult to work out how to resolve so after 3hrs of trying I then spent an hour working out how to actually contact meta, not easy!!! Then I'm kept waiting for 90 mins and purely because I said "are you still there?" got a response. Nothing was resolved but was told someone would deal with it on the tech side. I then got a call that came up as suspicious scam or potential scam, I ignored it but it come retrying so I picked up, it was meta. I was then lead through the conversation I'd had and asked to fill in the survey but told I could only put positive answers saying I was satisfied, which felt quite surreal. I was told if I put negative answers I wouldn't be dealt with as quick. So despite my complete negative experience, I had to put down positive. Then was told my case would be dealt with withing the next 24 hours. I then panicked wondering if I'd somehow been scammed yet I gave no details, and the guy knew the person who was chatting to me, So, I'm hoping I don't wake up with an empty bank account. The whole thing has been horrendous, and there seems to be no complaints procedure or accountability and I was forced to say my experience has been good. If anyone knows of a complaints procedure, please share.
