Tried using my Oculus headset last night, told me I had to enter a code into www.meta.com/device. everytime I tried to go to this it has an error page stating too many redirects.
I have cleared cache, deleted cookies etc etc. tried on iphone, ipad, pc, various web browsers and still same result.
wont let me log into app either.
Dont want to factory reset or create new account as I have spent a lot of money on games
I recently had an email saying that i need to verify age before February 2025 - which i did.
Go to the meta website (not logged in) and delete your cookies. thats how I fixed my account and got my data back (:
