This morning when I put on my oculus quest 2 the top strap holder thing just broke off. After doing a bit of research I've found multiple people with the same issue. People recommend buying a halo strap for it, but some halo straps have to strap on to the top strap thing too. Will I have to superglue the thing back on or is that a bit risky? What should I do?
Mine broke last night. I spent hours since then looking for assistance. When I completed the feedback forms , I get the error " ticket mismatch" and I get booted off the submission page. Meta should understand that it takes ten times the money and effort to sttract new. I spent hours looking for help. Many others have had this issue. This part of the frame is flimsy. Meta's response is non-existent. It takes ten times the money and effort to attract new customers than it does to retain existing customers. Existing customers with unaddressed grievances will drive away potential customers. Not addressing issues with your product opens the door for competitors to steal customers away. Meta folks, you are hurting your employer by not firly dealing with this. Since i didn’t find what you were looking for, what I a going to do next is: let as many people know as I can so they can a take this treatment of customers into consideration before supporting Mera.
