Here you go with the logs.
The incident you'll be looking for happened some when after 15:00 yesterday, 2016/12/16 fairly short into a ripcoil session (the only Rip Coil session that should be part of this log) and lasted just a few seconds.
Please give me a note if you find something I should know (hardware or driver issue on my side).
My sensor setup closely resembles the recommended 3 sensor configuration.
Tracking is generally fine!

I have two big speakers with metal cone drivers. I know reflected light of these caused problems with Track IR's camera. Will have to try covering them to see if it helps with the Oculus cameras.
