Hello,
I ordered a refurbished Meta quest 3 from the official meta Ebay Store on 2nd September, 2 days later on 4th September, I got an update saying tracking is available. When I try to track the item I get error saying the tracking number is not recognised. It was meant to be delivered by the 9th September, obviously that day has passed, I've sent messages and meta aren't responding, I've got ebay involved and theyve messaged saying if they havent responded by 18th, then they refunded.
