I spoke with someone and did a factory reset and I gave them all of my information to get a new quest 3 or fix the one I have

They probably will only ask for your headset, make sure you unlink the controllers / unpair the controllers via the meta link app before you send it in or you could end up unable to pair them to the new headset.
