Tracking lost and cannot connect controllers

A few days ago after turning on oculus I got a message about losing tracking, and my controllers kept turning on and off.

I tried restoring the factory settings, but I'm stuck on the pairing screen, and when I try to connect the controllers through the app, it can't connect. I replaced both batteries and also removed them for a while.

Once my controller connected to the app, but again it started behaving like it did in the beginning with turning on and off.

What else can I do ?

  • Is your device a replacement headset or the controllers?
  • When charging the controllers is there a blinking light or solid light?
  • Have you removed all third-party accessories?
  • Have you updated your app to the most recent version?
  • Has your play area changed?
