Tracking lost loop on Quest 2

As the title says , my Q2 is stuck in a constant tracking loop and ive done just about everything. Ive messed around with my guardian and recently ive even factory reset my device. It still wont go away, i cant power off , put my headset to sleep , or even take it off without getting stuck in the loop and i have to leave it for somtimes HOURS at a time for it to come back , the worst case is right now where ive left it completely powered off ALL NIGHT AND DAY (from ~8pm 02-08-24 to 4:40pm 02-08-24) and my tracking is still not back. I really dont know what to do anymore if anyone has anything to try lmk

I made a mistake sorry , where it said 4:40pm 02-08-24 i meant 02-09-24
