Tracking lost

I got the dreaded "tracking lost" message when I powered on the headset yesterday. After doing a factory reset, the headset is completely unusable as I cannot set it up. Controllers cannot be used interact with the headset. Has anyone figured out how to fix this issue ? I'm on my third quest 3 and they all ran into this exact same issue. It is incredible that meta hasn't fixed this. Even more frustrating is the fact that a factory reset can't recover from this error which defeats the purpose of that operation. I've never had such poor experience with any consumer electronics device.
