So, ive got a fairly old Q2, old enough it still has the original oculus branding. Its got quite alot of hours on it.
Its been haveing issues for a while with "spasms" randomly, usually every hour or so. The screen will flash black, at weird angles of whatever is currently running, and to the boundry screen. After a few moments of this, itll do 1 of 2 things: 1. Ask me to confirm my boundry, at which point it will be resolved until it happens again. Or 2. Get stuck showing boundry in passthrough, everything breaks, sounds still work as though it was haveing no issues (if I press buttons, it seems to still translate into whatever was running before the issue), but the display will be stuck showing the boundry outline, only fixable via shutdown.
This is NOT the tracking lost error, there is never an error for tracking lost. Room is well lit, with no reflective suraces or other issues. Cameras are not covered either.
Is this just an issue from wear? Im trying to see if theres any way to fix it before factory reseting, and if anyone knows if thatll even work, thatd be nice too.
