So i have a very specific problem with my right hands tracking ring. The entire left side of it just stopped working, leaving the controller to only work at certain angles. When i removed the cap of the ring and checked with a camera, the right side lit up while the left would only flicked for short moments before going dark again. Does anybody know how to repair the tracking ring?

I put my oculus quest 2 in stationary mode to watch a movie and it lost tracking because I turned the lights off so I hit continue without tracking them I took my headset off to go do something and forgot it was still on then when I came back so I could play a game the headset wouldn't track and the controllers would vibrate even tho I picked up the headset into a well lit area and it wouldn't track so now I'm stuck with my headset not tracking and 2 vibrating controllers

Hey there @HYdrxYT! We can see that you're having some issues with your tracking on your Quest 2 headset. In this situation, we would suggest a hard reboot on your headset by holding the Power button for around 30 seconds (until you hear the boot chime). Make sure that you're in a well lit room to avoid any tracking issues when it boots back up. Regarding your controllers, we would suggest unpairing and pairing them back to the headset.
