hi my headset has become faulty and I need to return it. Can I retrieve all of my current games and settings from this headset and transfer the data to a replacement headset?
TIA

Your agmes are associated with your account, so as long as you connect any new headset to the same account, you should be able to download all your purchased games onto it. Most games support cloud saving, so for any that do, your save data should automatically restore after the game is reinstalled. If you have any that don't use cloud saving, you might be able to use a third party app like SideQuest to save data, but success is likely to be hit-and-miss.

Howdy @mlldaisy! I wanted to drop a helpful link with more information on cloud backup. If you check out this handy-dandy article, it's got the steps to see which apps will have your data stored in the cloud. Cloud backup should be on by default, and like @user_901925786032222 mentioned all purchases will be available to redownload after you login (even if they don't have cloud backup!).

The only way to do tat would be adding the account to that new device. Other than that there is no way to transfer data.
