Trial Period Expired on Purchased Game

I recently purchased Humanity after checking out out a limited version of it. When I try to launch my purchased version a nag pops up and tells me the trial period has expired. The thread I am seeing in this forum tells me trials a dangerous if you might purchase later.

I’ve been having the same issue with a game called demeo I got the free trail but then when it was up I got the full game and it won’t. Let me play it just keeps saying trial expired

The same thing happened to me with the game “No More Rainbows”. Is there any possible way to fix this?
