This started happening last night. I was about to get back on vr for a bit with a friend of mine. Till I noticed my controller was acting like it was being held down even though the index finger shows it is not, but the blue laser pointer shows instead of white.
Hello there, @starsasfc! Glad to see you here on the forums. Occasionally, some debris might get stuck in the trigger causing issues. Try pressing down the trigger and cleaning around it with a microfiber cloth. If you have compressed air, spraying inside the trigger while pressing it up and down can also help. Another thing you can do is unpair and pair the controllers to see if that resolves any false inputs. Let me know if you're still facing any problems.

I have dealt with it myself. It seems to be only happening in the menu which isn't that big of a deal. I managed to just deal with it and continue, if it gets worse I will use the materials suggested from you. I appreciate the time you took to give out some ways to fix this issue. It's not as big of an issue, but thank you for giving me the support. 🙂❤️
