I need to add an Instagram account to my Meta Business Suite, but the "Add Assets" option under "Business Assets" is greyed out. I'm extremely frustrated and have tried various methods to resolve this issue. I also attempted to contact Meta support, but when I clicked the "Get Support" button, it only redirected me to my troubleshooting summary page.
I have no way to report a problem because my troubleshooting summary appears fine. The only text input available is for Meta’s survey, which is completely unhelpful. I feel stuck in a loop, and I have no idea how to resolve this issue. Even reaching Meta's support team is extremely difficult!
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or knows how to fix this? I need to add an Instagram account to my Meta Business Suite, but "Add Assets" remains greyed out.
