Hi Meta Community,

If you're reading this it means you're facing some issues with your Facebook or Instagram account. We know how important it is to ensure you're able to regain access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts. MetaQuestSupport, Moderators and the Support Team do not have the tools or resources to access and assist with Facebook or Instagram related account issues. We are limited to product inquiries, Horizon/Meta account issues and Meta product related issues.

This is the extent of our resources, to ensure you're able to get the best help possible, we highly suggest to look for further assistance within the Facebook Help Center and the Instagram Help Center. These respective platforms will have many troubleshooting steps as well as additional options for assistance with your particular issue.
