Hello, I contacted the meta support but unfortunately they said there was no resolution. That there was no account but I have an account under an email that is not this one. I'm not sure if I should reveal my email here, but what has been happening is that my account has not been able to be logged in. My password (which is correct and have it written down) is identified as wrong. 2FA authenticator (using google authenticator) is identified as wrong even though it worked in the past, and the recovery code option is supposed to send me a code to my phone number no? that does not work either.
The support rep stated that my account does not exist. I sent him details of my name, last name, username and email of the account that I used. for the moment, I'm using this account for my ray ban and for this message. I have things that I purchased on the meta store for my quest 2 and now I don't have access to it. I need help. If any rep can respond I would gladly say my email of the account and other details to hopefully find a resolution. please and thank you.
of note, on my quest 2, when going to "accounts" it keeps loading, nothing shows up. cant see my purchase, activity details or personal info. its as if my account got deleted. which I dont think its the case.
