It doesn't give a code. It should have given the option to add it to your account during setup.
I would recommend resetting the Quest 3. Going through setup again and make sure to read everything closely as you go through the steps. At one point it will ask about adding a payment method and that is when it will have the option to redeem the Batman AS and The free trial of Quest +.
I have suggested this to a few people and it almost always works.
If the steps described in the link above don't work - a few user had problems to redeem the game - reach out to support. They'll help you getting the game.
