Hey, I have been having issues with my PCVR. I am using the Oculus Quest 2 and the official Oculus Link Cable. Last year, I started using PCVR and I ran it almost perfectly with great frames. Somewhere from then to now I have lost the ability to play PCVR due to frame drops and screen tearing. I ran a SteamVR performance test and it was using my integrated graphics so I disabled it but my problem wasn't fixed and it made games like Blade and Sorcery run at 5 frames per second. I also tried changing the setting of my headset in the debug app and that didn't work either. Then I realized that I had switched to Windows 11 and others had problems due to that. I found a common fix in enabling the window visibility. That fixed the frame drops and screen tearing in the menu but not in games. I then tried fixing my Oculus app by reinstalling but that didn't seem to work either. I'm running out of options now and don't know what to do so if anyone could please help, that would be much appreciated.

There are many variable to consider for fix this problem with the description you mentioned above. But to resumed the problem: The first thing you have to do, is to find where is the bottleneck is: can be you CPU, GPU bandwith (Cable or router) or if some programs is capping you performace (also what are the specs of your pc?).
There are many tools to measure these. Oculus has a tool call Oculus Debuger, located by default in "C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics\OculusDebugTool.exe" in there you can play with it and displaying frames in your device, battery levels, AWS, bandwith, etc. (Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cF_Ef-7gGAQ)
Also, you can download (or buy) from steam a program call fpsVR. it will help you find where is you pc or device hanging.
furthermore, I use virtual desktop instead of the oculus app. (have to be purchased from the oculus store, NOT Steam) this app replace Oculus app completly plus it gives you information of your PC, Device, Bandwith, Fps, all by pressing the to sticks at the same time (like fpsVR).
There are plenty of videos in youtube that can help you find out where your computer is failing. hope this gives you a Starter: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=optimize+quest2+pcvr
Good luck

Howdy! Like @Quikep mentioned, there are a few reasons you may be having troubles with your PC VR Link quality (I appreciate you sharing all that helpful info by the way! 😁). I always recommend sending a PM to @MetaQuestSupport so they can look into more troubleshooting options, but you can also send your PC logs to the support team so they can dig a little deeper into your PC specs!
